Minerals Planning

 Our current minerals planning permission ends in 2023, so we have started our pre-application consultation for a new planning application to extend our operations for 25 years.

A detailed planning application is being prepared for the mineral and potential surface building changes.  This application will be supported by a detailed Environmental Impact Assessment and a pre-application consultation report.

This application will be assessed by the North York Moors National Park Authority in consultation with neighbouring properties, Highways Authority, Public Health, RCBC, Environment Agency etc.

We anticipate submitting the planning application along with the Environmental Impact Assessment and Pre-applications consultation report in the autumn of 2019.
