As part of the minerals planning application, we will be reviewing our building needs with the NYMNPA and will be applying for some changes, which could result in a reduction in the overall number of buildings over the next few years. We will publish further details on these changes as the final plan develops.
Our plans show that there should be no significant changes in transport needs, as we will be able to manage both the increased minerals production, and delivery of mine stabilisation blocks, on our existing dedicated railway.
